Résumé

Le premier problème, et non des moindres, pour réaliser des pièces vitales destinées à l’industrie aérospatiale, est celui du cahier des charges dont les exigences doivent être formulées d’une façon rigoureuse en relation avec les objectifs recherchés, compte tenu des possibilités de fabrication et du prix de revient optimal.

Le problème suivant concerne l'établissement des processus de fabrication et de contrôle compatibles avec les exigences du cahier des charges et les moyens industriels utilisables.

Le problème précédent doit être impérativement résolu à l’intérieur du cadre des processus de fabrication, de contrôle, d'assurance qualité de l’ensemble de l'entreprise.

Si ces trois problèmes importants sont résolus harmonieusement, la fabrication des pièces aura toutes chances de conduire aux caractéristiques exigées.

Abstract

The first but not the least important problem when producing critical components for the aerospace industry is drawing up the specification, the conditions of which must be strictly defined in relation to the objects in view, taking into consideration the manufacturing facilities and the optimum cost price.

The second problem is deciding the manufacturing process, which includes the controls consistent with the terms of the specification and means available.

The preceding problem must necessarily be solved within the sphere of the manufacturing processes, the controls and quality assurance system of the works as a whole.

If these three problems are solved harmoniously the production of the components should give the required characteristics.
