Traitement des eaux et biocides
Biocides in water treatment
Société Concorde Chimie, Romainville e-mail : frcmcis.moran@concordechimie.fr
Abstract
The circuits which use water as energy or thermic fluid are generally the seat of phenomena like fouling, scaling or corrosion. One sometimes notice the development of microorganisms being able to accelerate the above phenomena. The origin of these phenomena results essentially from the physico-chemical composition of water and from the quality of the surrounding air. A physico-chemical pre-treatment appears as necessary in most cases : filtration, ultra-filtration, demineralization by ion exchange, reverse osmosis, sometimes followed by the addition of scaling inhibitors, dispersants, corrosion inhibitors and biocides. This statement reminds the aforesaid phenomena and presents the possible solutions for the water treatment company
