Cette étude présente l'évolution à haute température de dépôts de chrome métallique obtenus à partir d'une solution aqueuse de chrome trivalent (CrIII). Une nouvelle méthode combinant la diffraction des rayons X sous incidence rasante, la thermodiffractométrie X et la thermographie infrarouge (XRD-TIR) a été mise en œuvre pour une caractérisation fine des modifications structurales et des phénomènes d'oxydation des couches minces en fonction de la température.
Abstract
The aim of this work is the investigation of the temperature effect on trivalent chro mium aquous solution (CrIII). A new characterization method using the grazing incidence X-ray diffractometry, the high temperature X-ray diffraction and an infra-red characterization (XRD- TIR) has been used for investigations on non-reversible structural modifications and oxidation evolution of CrIII plating.
