III - Influence de la forme du signal de chargement sur le comportement en fatigue-corrosion
Exemple d’un acier inoxydable austénitique 316L en milieu chloruré chaud
Influence of load waveform on corrosion fatigue behaviour exemple of 316L austenitic stainless steel in hot chloride solution
Abstract
In order to study the effect of load waveform on low cycle corrosion fatigue behaviour of 316L austenitic stainless steel in hot chloride magnesium, trapezoidal push pull tests with an holdtime of one minute and constant load amplitude imposed (Δσa0/2-200 MPa) have been performed. The results obtained will be compared with triangular push pull tests on the same strain rate range.
This work is completed by fractographic study of fracture surface and cross sections of samples.
The evolution of creep coefficients, lifetimes and crack initiation times versus strain rate and various cracking modes observed on fracture surface or branching are discussed.
