Lubrification micro-hydrodynamique
Incidence sur le coefficient de frottement pendant une opération d’emboutissage
Micro-hydrodynamic lubrication component in deep dra wing
Laboratoire de Science et Génie des Surfaces, URA CNRS 1402, Ecole des Mines de Nancy
Abstract
Deep drawing operation implies a micro-hydrodynamic lubrication component of lubricant trapped on the very roughness plateaus. We show that contact temperature controls the real metal/die contact ratio conditioning friction. Three dimensional relocation profilometry on the same surface area before and after friction test allowed us to analyse and quantify the lubricant behaviour.
