Lightweight high-strength concrete (LC) is widely utilized in buildings. This article mainly studied the properties of LC prepared by three different materials: polypropylene fiber (PPF), polyvinyl alcohol fiber (PVAF), and copper-plated steel fiber (CPSF). The specimens with different fiber content were designed, and their performance in buildings was studied. The working performance of the mixture decreased with the increase in fiber content. In terms of mechanical properties, the compressive and flexural properties of LC were 58.33 MPa and 7.31 MPa, respectively, while those of CPSF3 were 69.81 MPa and 11.44 MPa, which were significantly higher than those of LC. Among the three kinds of fibers, PPF had an unsatisfactory effect on the improvement of mechanical properties. In terms of durability, the incorporation of fiber improved the freezing resistance, impermeability, and carbonation resistance of LC. CPSF had the best improvement effect on freezing resistance and impermeability, and PVAF had the best carbonation resistance. The results prove the performance advantages of LC prepared with different fibers in buildings, thus it can be applied in practice.
