Compactage : analogies entre les lois de comportement des argiles, sables, cokes et autres solides divisés
Analogy between constitutive laws of clays, sands, cokes and other granular materials
Ecole Centrale de Paris, Laboratoire de Mécanique (Sols, Structures et Matériaux) CNRS URA 850 & GRECO 90, Chatenay Malabry
The behavior of many granular materials, in which the deformations of the grains are purely elastic, exhibits numerous analogies that can be highlighted by using the concepts of normally consolidated and overconsolidated stress paths. Isotropic, oedometric and triaxial paths are specially considered, both under the aspects of strength and volumetric changes, with an application to industrial compaction problems.
