Abstract
It has been shown that the use of the pulse plating technique allows to improve the electrodeposit properties. This paper deals with the optmization of the pulse plating parameters by means of transient techniques and measurement of the transient time t. A mathematical model to simulate the potential-time transient curves is proposed. This model represents the successive sequences following the cathodic pulse: ohmic drop, double layer charge and faradic plateau.
